The foyer are is at the ground floor and has all the amenities of a hotel foyer including a main lobby, reception desk, sitting areas, washrooms and bathrooms.

The styling and the detailing must be impeccable as this all about the first impression.

Way finding should be clear but not obtrusive.

Materiality:
.The use of luxurious materials is a major focus and design feature in this residential foyer. Marble is one of the materials that are used consistently throughout all spaces. The unique visuals that marble can create are striking, bringing a luxurious feel and a strong identity to the space.
The timber panels used on the curved wall add an organic feature and a sense of warmth and also enhances the wall. The timber wall panels soften the space, creating a balance between the gold metal hexagon wall to floor features.
The use of bold and mesmerizing colour fabrics such as red, yellow, black and white are consistent with the luxurious theme that is prominent throughout the design.
All key design decisions took into account both natural and artificial lighting. The large 6-meter floor to ceiling windows let in generous natural light and unveil the uninterrupted views of the beautiful beach view.
