Location: 28 Ischia Street, Cronulla.
The house is located next to Bass and Flinders Point.
Concept:
The concept of this house is to create a space where people can relax and enjoy their time while being at home.When I designed this house I thought about how a room I first think about the where the natural sunlight will come from and how it affect the room during different times of the day. This holiday house is located near the beach which has a mesmerizing view. I would like to express the spacious feeling with an open plan as well as using numerous of natural materials to bring it closer to nature. The Timber Flooring and Concrete adds depth and texture to the house. The client can also experience the spa and fireplace with an open window.
